WHY RAILA SHOULDN’T TRUST UHURU A HUNDRED PERCENT

Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya flagbearer Raila Odinga should blame President Uhuru Kenyatta for fixing him.

Uhuru’s plan all along had been to leave Raila with an egg on the face and make it difficult for him to ascend to the presidency.

It is Uhuru who welcomed the rest of the parties that joined Azimio on board. The idea was to tame Raila’s excess ego.

Uhuru was passing the message that he might as well resort to rallying behind an alternative presidential aspirant if Raila fails to toe the line.

Due to this, Raila is currently grappling with a delicate balancing act as he frantically grope for ways to resolve the simmering sibling rivalry that threatens to tear the movement asunder.

Affiliated parties have rejected zoning for fear of being outshines by the major parties in the coalition, which are Jubilee, ODM and Wiper.

Some of the more than 20 parties supporting Raila’s August 9 Presidential bid have lashed out at him for dishonesty.

Does the ODM leader possess the capacity to hold together Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiper), Charity Ngilu (Narc), Alfred Mutua (Maendeleo Chap Chap) and Prof Kivutha Kibwana (Muungano Party)?
