Here Is The List Of Top 10 Most Stolen Cars In Kenya & Features That Thieves Look For.

Kenyagossipclub.com exposes a list of more than 800 vehicles which are illegally finding new owners through theft almost annually exposing what thieves target.

The latest data by the Association of Kenya Insurers, car thieves target car brands and models that are popular in the market and which makes it easier to get new buyers.

According to the data, Toyota brands are the most stolen vehicles with 74 percent closely followed by Isuzu, Nissan and Mitsubishi owners are the second, third and fourth most at risk at 5.64 Percent, 4.33 percent and 3.28 percent respectively.

Other high end vehicles that complete the list include Scania, Subaru, Mazda, Scania, Subaru, Mercedes Benz, Honda, Volkswagen, Suzuki, Chevrolet.

According to the data regarding to the make of the vehicle, station wagons are the most stolen, comprising 60.03%, with saloon cars coming in second with 23.68%. With cars worth less than Ksh 1 million are the most attractive to thieves comprising 64.14% of stolen vehicles
