Socialite Zari Hassan has terminated her contract with a luxury hotel where she was vacationing with her boyfriend Shakib Cham.
Zari broke off her relationship with Divine Resort & Spa in Uganda after one of the hotel’s photographers violated a clause in their contract that said all photos and videos must be approved by her before being published.

“The photographer has posted pictures of Zari before approval. from now on, Zari will no longer be bound by the contract and will not tag Divine Resort and Spa in any of her social media posts,” part of the Contract Termination letter which reached Kenya Gossip read.
In that letter, the ex-girlfriend of Bongo star Diamond Platnumz gave an order to the concerned photographer to delete all her Photos that he published on his pages and those that he sent to bloggers.
She also prohibited the hotel from using Photos of her and her boyfriend on their social media pages or their website.
“Failure to comply with the above will require the team to pursue legal action and compensation,” the letter read.
In a video she uploaded on Snapchat, Zari claimed that the photographer destroyed the photos because she wanted to be the first to announce the news of her vacation with her boyfriend on her page.
She complained about the action and said that the person involved lacked professionalism in his work and violated the agreement between her and the hotel.
“Some of the pictures are good and some are a little PG 18,” she pointed out.
Several photos of the socialite enjoying herself with her young lover have been circulating on social media for the past few days.
Earlier this week, news emerged that the socialite has been dating since she broke up with Diamond. Shakib himself, through his Tiktok account revealed that they have been pushing their love for four years.
“Four years together..壟❤ #Wanadoa #Hadithiyamapenzi,” he said under the video of their memories together.
In the video, the 30-year-old was seen holding Zari as they entered a certain club.
