Poor job quality remains a pressing issue worldwide, with over 1.5 billion people in vulnerable employment, representing nearly half the global workforce.
The situation is particularly endemic in Africa where a percentage of workers are in vulnerable employment against the global average of 46%.
These are workers that have limited access to social protection schemes and are often confronted by low and highly volatile earnings.
This is not a new problem, African countries have had a tough time creating formal sector jobs for youth for decades.
Evidence indicates that lack of decent work opportunities including high incidence of working poverty and lack of adequate social protection is a significant determinant of emigration.
Young women in their twenties are often out of the labor force for at least part of the year owing to childbirth and their subsequent responsibility to nurse and care for babies.
Although this is a different story to one Ghanaian National, who earns millions by massaging men’s Balls (Testicles) For a living.
A masseuse, Vydash, has explained how she professionally performs testicle massage.
Kenya Gossip Club, reports that the busty lady said she gently runs her fingers through the manhood, holding the scrotum firmly in her hands and asking her male clients to relax.
Vydash said in a viral interview with Vibes in 5:
“Most men have problems with erection. For people that have sagging balls, it (the massage) helps them firm it
Some of the challenges I go through is that when I am doing the balls massage, men get erection.
I met a Nigerian man who told me, ‘you no fit leave me like this, you have to complete your job’
That is why before I start, there has to be communication with the person” She Said.
She added: “When some men see me, even without me touching them, they get instantly hard.”
The Ghanaian Citizen cosmetologist, identified as Vydash, specialised in massaging men’s balls (scrotum) earning millions from her customers from rich married men, politicians, business men among others.
As a massage therapist, she explained her specialty path is to help improve erection in men, especially for those who fail to get an erection when they’re ready to make love with their partners.
Bragging about happy ending being her hallmark, Vydash, in the interview, said she takes delight in making her clients happy.
“Some of the clients get hard even before you start and would touch some parts of my body during the process but I try to maintain professional because it is against my work ethics to get intimate with my clients,” she narrated.
According to her, the job gives her the opportunity to meet new people with whom she shares good contact while discharging her duties.
Despite certain challenges she disclosed her job is faced with, in a different interview, she announced plans to expand her business in the future and train interested persons.
“I would love to open a big SPA and employ people because the job pays very handsomely ,” she added.
