The two conflicting parties in Sudan have signed an agreement to protect citizens and accept aid for the people of that country, but they could not agree on a ceasefire.
The talks that took place in the port of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with the participation of Saudi Arabia and the United States, these two sides have been described by American diplomats as difficult, while the two sides have yet to reach an agreement to stop the fighting that has been going on for some time now.

Still these two sides are discussing the proposals for a 10-day ceasefire and the procedure for monitoring the cessation of hostilities, as a result of which efforts to cease the hostilities have stalled.
It is hoped that the talks would lead to a cessation of the war that has been going on for a long time.
On Thursday, Sudan’s capital, Khartoum, saw more fighting but the situation was generally calmer than the day before.
