Eric Omondi supports struggling Stivo Simple and plans collaboration with Ngesh

Comedian Eric Omondi has extended his support to struggling rapper Stivo Simple Boy after coming across his story online.

Eric expressed his concern for content creators and advocated against taxing them, emphasizing the difficulties they face in their line of work.

During an interview, Stivo’s wife, Grace Atieno, revealed their financial challenges and expressed gratitude for the assistance they received from Eric and fellow Kenyans.

“I saw the interview and heard their words. My brother’s story is very sad; that is why I am asking the government not to tax content creators. Tunaomba gava wasifinye hawa vijana; hakuna kazi. Tukishatengeneza hizo kazi mnakuja kuchukua hio pesa,” said Eric.

Eric assured them of his ongoing support and mentioned plans to collaborate with upcoming artist Ngesh, providing Simple Boy with a new opportunity in his music career.Additionally, Simple Boy apologized to Eric for a previous diss track aimed at him. Meanwhile, Stivo parted ways with his management, Men In Business (MIB), as they announced the termination of his contract.
