Amber ray reveals why she is not breastfeeding her newborn daughter

Amber Ray, a Kenyan socialite, recently discussed the birth of her one-month-old daughter, Africanah Rapudo, during an Instagram live session.

Amber explained that she opted for a normal birth instead of a cesarean section due to her active nature and love for movement.

She believed that a normal birth would allow her to recover more quickly. However, she faced challenges during the birth.

Despite experiencing pain, her doctor advised against using epidural for pain relief. She tried various methods, including consuming lactating cookies and taking pills, but her milk production remained insufficient. She sought advice from other breastfeeding mothers and wondered if her age, as she had her child later in life, could be a contributing factor.

In her previous pregnancy, she had no issues with milk production and had enough supply for her son. However, currently, Africanah refuses to breastfeed.Amber Ray and Kennedy Rapudo welcomed their daughter in May, marking a joyous milestone in their lives.
