President Ruto Issues Stern Warning to Defaulters of Financial Inclusion Fund Loans

President William Ruto has issued a stern warning to those who default on loans from the Financial Inclusion Fund, commonly known as the Hustler Fund.

During a thanksgiving service in Ukunda, Kwale county, the President outlined his government’s approach to dealing with Hustler Loan defaulters.

He stated that defaulters of personal loans will not be eligible to apply for group funding and will be required to clear their pending payments before making a second transaction on the platform.

President Ruto emphasized the need for fairness, ensuring that those who have adhered to the established guidelines and repaid their loans punctually are not disadvantaged by a small group of defaulters.

He urged individuals to take responsibility for their actions and not blame others if they miss out on borrowing opportunities.
