Comedian David Oyando alias Mulamwah says he is not sure if his close friend Ruth K is pregnant as Kenyans have been speculating.
In an interview with Youtubers, the father of one revealed he has not yet received any hint that Ruth is expecting her first child.
“I don’t know, I can’t expect a child, I would have heard her complainig of stomach ache But I will ask her,” Mulamwah said.
The comedian maintained that the lady with whom he has been acting comedies with, is just his friend and there is no romantic relationship between them.
Regarding the rumours of the actress’s pregnancy, he said the lady and her boyfriend may have decided to have a child.
“I have no idea. I will ask her. Maybe they have decided to get a child with her boyfriend, I don’t know,” he said.
He added, “I cannot interfere with her life, maybe I should ask like you, which is not the right thing for me to do. If there’s something she wants us to know, then she will definitely tell us.”
On his part, Mulamwah made it clear that he is still single as he is currently not in a romantic relationship with anyone.
He emphasized that Ruth is one of his artists and is often seen with her because they shoot content together.
Last month, when actress Ruth K was asked about the issue of pregnancy, she made it clear she is not sure if she is pregnant.
While engaging fans in a question and answer session on Instagram, Ruth who is allegedly in a romantic relationship with Mulawah however hinted that she currently has a desire for “excessive eating”.
A fan asked her if she was pregnant, and she replied “I don’t know if i am, but I have alot of appetite.”
This explanation came after kenyans spread rumors that the actress may be carrying a child in her womb.
Rumours Ruth is pregnant started at the end of July due to her video with Mulamwah where her stomach was seen protruding. The comments of the fans showed excitement about her expecting a child.
For a long time, comedian Mulamwah and Ruth have been rumored to be dating. The two, however, have often explained they are just best friends and are calling each other ‘bestie’ on social media which means ‘best friend.’
