About 38% of Kenyans believe that President William Ruto’s government has fulfilled its campaign promises.
In a Tifa survey, 38% of Kenyans say they believe the Ruto government has done well in fulfilling its campaign promises compared to 31% in June.
49% of those who support the government believe that the Ruto government has done well in fulfilling its campaign promises.
However, only 29% of respondents who support the opposition believe that it has fulfilled its promise.
Also, 32% of respondents without political affiliation believe Ruto has fulfilled his promise.
According to Tifa, 1,007 respondents were interviewed between September 8-10, 2023.
The sample was distributed in 9 regions including Central Rift, Coast, Lower East, Mt Kenya, Nairobi, North, Nyanza, South Rift and West.
The interviews were conducted through telephone interviews with respondents whose contacts were collected through face-to-face previously.
