Kenya Communications Authority Director General Ezra Chiloba has been suspended.
Notice from board chairperson Mary Mungai presented her suspension on Monday in a statement following a board meeting.
As a result, Christopher Wambua has been appointed Acting Director General.
“Following the meeting of the Board of Authority held on 18 September 2023, resulting in the suspension of the Director General, I am happy to inform all employees about the appointment of Mr. Christopher Wambua as Acting Director General from today until I announce again. confidence that you will give him the necessary support,” Mungai said in his statement.
