Famous singer and entrepreneur Esther Akoth alias Akothee has strongly denied claims that her husband Denis ‘Omosh’ Schweizer is Pakistani.
On Wednesday morning, the 43-year-old artist showed the white man’s identity card to prove that he is Swiss.
The mother of five pointed out that Mr Schweizer was born and raised in Bern, Switzerland where other members of his family also live. He also revealed that the man is about 35 years old.
“DENIS EDUARD SCHWEIZER was born and raised in Switzerland, Bern in 1988. Pakistan is you and your hunger. His mother and his family live in Switzerland,” Akothee said on Wednesday morning through his Facebook page.
He went on to reveal that he had already met Omosh’s family members in the past and praised her mother-in-law.

The singer also asked Kenyans to respect the privacy of her personal life and noted that she will not explain what happened in her marriage.
“I have met all his family members and his mother is a very beautiful single mother. I called my husband Mr. Omosh to protect him from online negativity before introducing him online. Now that he is no longer online, you guys have cooked your things, he went and deleted his instagram account. I ask you to stay out of my personal life. My marriage is offline and it will not happen anywhere, not in an interview or mentioned because you don’t deserve an explanation of what happened,” she said.
The 43-year-old musician also expressed her dissatisfaction with men who use different ways to confess their feelings to her, e.g. making posters and strongly criticized those who do so.
“This Pakistani thing has made chokoras think Akothee is Mistry. I met Omosh in Switzerland, so get a job first before hanging those useless cards, I want to marry Akothee, what do you want to marry her? Do you want to marry Akothee or do you want to be raised by AKOTHEE? That is hunger,” Akothee said.
In addition, she asked people to distinguish her personal life from the Akothee brand noting she built that name for herself hrough courage, honesty, discipline and hard work.
